There are both a Linux application and a Linux (docker) application available, do we need Docker if we can run Linux app without it?

Hello, I remember to everyone that this project is not running yet:
it's in a super-early alpha testing stage.
This means that I still need to try different configurations of the applications.

I am very happy that so many people joined: I thought that by talking about it only in the Boinc.Italy forum I would have had only users from that community, but evidently this didn't work :D This said, I am not encouraging anyone to drop the project, for sure it is going to become public in one month-two months and then all this support (and much more!) is definitely required. Until now, you are basically running an experiment so problems and weird stuff are totally expected to happen.


Probably the apps when the project will enter the "beta" stage (more stable) are going to be:

* Docker MT Geppetto Inference HuggingFace
* Llama.cpp Geppetto Inference (No docker needed)
* Docker MT Transformer-Lens
* Docker MT Minerva Inference HuggingFace
* Docker CUDA-GPU Minerva Inference HuggingFace

We wish you the Best as you work through Beta. Hopefully applications for other major OS types will be available in the future.
